SITUATION OVERVIEW On the night of 23 to 24 August 2026, armed groups launched new attacks on several localities in the 3rd communal section of Sourcailles, within Kenscoff commune (including Centre-Ville, Vilier, Tête de l’Eau and Morne Jean Jacques). According to the United Nations, at least 47 people were killed, including 22 people executed inside a church where they had sought re
