HIGHLIGHTS The floods have claimed 1,453 lives; 5,285 people remain missing and 13,795 have been rescued (NDRRMA, 26 September, 19:00). 1,109 people remain in 21 displacement centres in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading.
