More than 3,700 refugees have arrived from Yemen since 10 September, increasing pressure on an already underfunded response. Food assistance has been suspended since August, and WFP requires USD 6.7 million to resume support and assist new arrivals. WFP handed over the Humanitarian Logistics Base (HLB) to the Government of Djibouti, a milestone in the transition to national leadership of the country’s strategic log
