Overview The spread of the Ebola disease outbreak caused by the Bundibugyo virus is accelerating in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), with some cases also detected in Uganda. As of 8 June, WHO reports 515 cases confirmed across 25 health zones in the DRC, including 91 deaths. Uganda has confirmed 19 cases and two deaths. More
