Executive Summary Private sector engagement (PSE) in agriculture is increasingly recognised in the Uganda refugee response as a critical pathway for strengthening refugee and host community livelihoods in refugeehosting districts (RHDs). Agriculture remains the main source of income for many refugees, yet weak markets, poor infrastructure, and limited access to inputs constrain productivity and profitabi
