Country: Chad Source: World Bank WASHINGTON, June 18, 2026 - The World Bank has approved a $160 million grant from the International Development Association (IDA) to improve water security and strengthen people's adaptation to climate change in targeted provinces across the country. The Water Security and Resilience Support Project in Chad (PASER) is a strategic investment in stability for communities facing fragility, climate shocks and forced displacement. It will help build climate resilience
