(IPC Phase 3!) outcomes will persist through January 2027 in the departments of Assoungha, Kimiti, Wadi Hawar, Dar-Tama, and Kobé. Refugees, representing more than 30 percent of the population in these departments, are entirely deprived of their livelihoods. They will depend largely on the market and food assistance, placing pressure on the livelihoods of the host population
