Executive Summary The Uganda Country Refugee Response Plan (UCRRP) 2026–2030 is a joint five-year framework led by the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), the Ministry of Local Government (MoLG), and UNHCR, in collaboration with UN agencies, international and national partners.
