HIGHLIGHTS Flooding along the Euphrates River affected an estimated 13,000 families and displaced more than 1,700 households in north-east Syria, disrupting water infrastructure, damaging agricultural land and prompting a large-scale humanitarian response. Returns continue to outpace recovery in Dar’a Governorate, where more than 32,000 returnees have been recorded in w
