Flash Update on Escalation of Hostilities in Lebanon #27 – As of 18 May 2026 This Flash Update reports that the humanitarian and security situation in Lebanon deteriorated despite the ceasefire extension, with continued strikes and new displacement orders driving further population movements and increasing humanitarian needs. As of 2 March, the Ministry of Public Health reports at least 2,988 people wer
