Operational Context Morocco has consolidated its role as a key country of asylum at the crossroads of Mediterranean and Atlantic migration routes, increasingly serving as a protection and inclusion space amid regional instability, including the conflict in Sudan and forced displacement in the Sahel. UNHCR works closely with
